1. Who we are

RWA: Rollback Hero (“the App”) is provided by Reiwa Dev Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). The App runs inside Shopify Admin and helps merchants review catalog changes and roll back product edits.

2. Scope

This policy describes how we process information when you install or use the App or contact support. It does not replace Shopify’s own privacy terms for store data Shopify controls.

3. Information we process

3.1 From Shopify (via Admin API)

• Shop identity (shop domain) and offline session tokens needed to keep the App authenticated
• Product and variant data (titles, prices, inventory snapshots, metafields, media URLs) required for diffs and rollback
• Best-effort actor labels for changes made through the App (checkpoints / rollbacks)

3.2 We do not intentionally collect

• Customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, orders)
• Payment card details

4. How we use information

• Provide the Activity Feed, version history, and rollback
• Authenticate the App and maintain sessions
• Respond to support requests you send us
• Comply with legal obligations (including GDPR webhooks)

5. Retention & deletion

Product history is retained while the App is installed. On Shopify’s shop/redact webhook after uninstall, we delete shop-scoped data and sessions. You may also email us to request deletion.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under contracts that protect merchant data. We share information only when required by law or to protect the App.
